Effective Business Communication is a class from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on 8/21 at the Center of Excellence for Industry and Innovation at DCC @ Fishkill that is designed to enhance individual ability to effectively communicate information to others within a company.

Course content relates directly to:

• Customer contact and dealing with managers

Participants learn usable techniques and theory for effective communication that ensures that messages are delivered and understood.
