This class will take place at Ulster BOCES Career Academies, in Kingston, from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on 6/4.

This course, Making a Profit in Manufacturing, led by Valerie Giordano and Chris Seger of RBT CPA's, is designed to provide supervisors and team leaders with the financial acumen essential for maximizing profitability and reducing operational risks.

Through case studies and practical examples, participants will gain a deep understanding of key financial statements, including the balance sheet and income statement, while learning to apply performance ratios to drive efficient and profitable decision-making. 

Core topics cover financial performance monitoring, cost analysis, and budget management strategies, empowering participants to tackle questions like, "Should we add another shift?" or "What should we charge our top customer?" with a CFO’s perspective.
