Mount Vernon High School Annual CTE/Transition Fair

Mount Vernon High School, located in Westchester County and adjacent to New York City, would like to invite you to take part in our annual 

         CTE/Transitions Fair on Friday, May 17, 2024, from 8:30 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.   

The Mount Vernon City School District celebrates diversity and is committed to providing a quality and nurturing educational program that recognizes the uniqueness of all students and allows them to reach their potential. With a total high school population of approximately

1300 students in grades 9-12, Mount Vernon High School offer a comprehensive four-year college preparatory curriculum with a wide range of academic choices inclusive of Career and Technical Education, International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement, and AVID courses.  

The goal of our CTE/Transitions Fair is to encourage our students to pursue post-secondary education by exposing them to a variety of exciting careers and trade schools that might be of interest to them.  We would also like our students to get to know the amazing resources and opportunities that are available to them now and after graduation. Please assist us in this endeavor.
