Problem Solving & Decision Making - 4/9

This course, Problem Solving and Decision Making, equips participants with structured tools and methodologies for addressing workplace challenges effectively.

Key topics include defining clear problem statements, analyzing root causes using techniques like the 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams, and employing frameworks like SWOT and FMEA to assess risks and opportunities. Participants will also learn advanced methods such as the 8-Step Problem-Solving Process, A3 Reports, and Controlled Brainstorming for collaborative solutions.

Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, participants will develop strategies to streamline processes, reduce errors, and make confident, data-driven decisions.
