Strategies for Motivation, Coaching, and Managing Difficult People will equip participants with essential tools to foster a more productive work environment.

Understanding what motivates employees builds stronger relationships and identifies steps to improve outcomes. Relationships and communication are foundations for effective coaching. Relationship building is tough when people are difficult. This session introduces practical strategies for handling challenging behaviors with professionalism and composure.

This class will take place from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm on 7/15, at Ulster BOCES Career Academies, in Kingston.
