Before becoming the Congressman, Marcus Molinaro was a New York State Assemblyman and received the public sector Manufacturing Champion Award for being a consistent and articulate voice for manufacturing during his time in the state legislature. A member of the Assembly minority task force for manufacturing, he served his third term in the New York State Assembly from the 103rd District and was Assistant Minority Leader Pro Tempore.
