Subscription Overview:

Your Premium Career HUB Subscription includes unlimited job postings, resume access, premium branding, and full support from the Council of Industry. This is a 12-month subscription that will auto-renew upon expiration unless canceled in advance.

The platform operates on iCIMS, a robust applicant tracking system (ATS) trusted by employers across the country. Each subscription includes access for up to 5 users, with support for up to 3 users per job posting.

Jobs can be posted within 48 hours, and are typically visible online within 60 minutes of activation.
Branded landing pages may take up to 2 weeks to develop, but all job functionality is live immediately.
The Council will schedule a training session for active users, a two-week check-in call, and will be available for refresher sessions or support as needed.

Each job post generates a unique XML feed through iCIMS that is scraped by over 100 job boards, including Google Jobs and Indeed. While inclusion on any specific board is not guaranteed, the Council will work with you to optimize your postings for visibility and improve performance based on current algorithms.

While the HUB has helped employers fill over 500 local manufacturing jobs, qualified candidates remain in high demand. The Council of Industry offers guidance on holistic recruiting strategies, shares best practices, and provides support with custom reports and troubleshooting.
